A beautiful rural vacation suite

Merville Country House is a beautiful rural vacation suite just 15 minutes north of Courtenay on the East Coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia. It is located at the foot of Mt. Washington, surrounded by 22 acres of forest. The suite has a separate entrance, an open concept living room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings and wood floors. The bedroom is spacious but cozy and has a queen size bed. There is a large backyard patio with a covered stone barbeque for your convenience.

Merville Country House is a very quiet and private vacation accommodation. The central location offers you a private retreat to relax from your exciting excursions to the wild West Coast, the history-rich area around Victoria or the supernatural North Island with its countless lakes, rivers and rugged mountains, all within a 3 hour drive.

In the Comox Valley, which includes Courtenay, Comox and Cumberland, you will find sandy beaches, crystal clear rivers and lakes surrounded by a breathtaking panorama of glacier- covered mountains. Hundreds of miles of logging roads offer good access to hiking country, hidden fishing lakes, mountain biking and ATV fun. Beautiful British Columbia has much to offer, but here in the Comox Valley it is all available within a 20 minute radius.
